Book Capel Sound Family Comforts On The Foreshore in Rosebud

The two-bedroom apartment includes a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with basics, a washing machine, and free WiFi. Beds are comfortable, and the rooms are a good size. Some furniture, like the lounge couches, may not be comfortable for everyone. The unit is a modern construction, though it may show signs of wear and tear.

Guests have a garden and outdoor seating area. The apartment includes a patio with garden views. However, the courtyard can look neglected, with weeds and spiderwebs present. The front door area may pool water when it rains.

Capel Sound Beach is a 2-minute walk away, and Rosebud Beach is just across the road. The property is close to local restaurants and a few minutes' drive from shopping centres. Essendon Fields Airport is 100 km away. Secure underground parking is available.

The apartment has free WiFi, free parking, and a parking garage. It is non-smoking throughout, with air conditioning and heating. However, there is only one heating unit in the lounge, and the bedrooms may not warm up well. The shower had mould and brown plastic on the door. The host responds quickly to questions.

Guests rate the location highly, with easy access to the beach and nearby amenities by car. The apartment is spacious and modern, with a large TV and good WiFi. Some guests noted the need for repairs and better cleaning, especially in the shower and courtyard. The beds are comfortable, and the kitchen has basics for the week.
