Book Cbd 3Br - Sleeps 6 On Exhibition in Melbourne

The CBD 3BR - Sleeps 6 on Exhibition offers a spacious two-bedroom apartment in Melbourne's city centre. The apartment includes a living room with a balcony that provides views of nearby city buildings. It is equipped with air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, and a washing machine. The living room couch beds can collapse on their own, and the furnishings show some wear. The front bedroom is cramped for opening luggage, and the closet is filled with pillows. The shower has a leak, and the building's pipes make a mournful cry when using the hot tap. Despite these issues, the apartment is airy and cozy, with a layout that guests find appealing.

There is no onsite restaurant or dining service. The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen, allowing guests to prepare their own meals. A minimarket is located on site for basic groceries and snacks.

Guests can use the indoor swimming pool, fitness centre, and sauna. The building has a terrace and a shared lounge/TV area. WiFi is free throughout the apartment. The pool and gym facilities are noted as good by guests.

The apartment is 11 km from Essendon Fields Airport. A short walk reaches Princess Theatre and Melbourne Central Station. Federation Square and Melbourne Museum are nearby. The location is walkable to anything in the CBD, and free trams operate within the central district. Parking is available but can be confusing; staff provide guidance.

The 24-hour front desk offers private check-in and check-out. Key access, key card access, and a fob ensure security from the elevator through a series of doors. For drivers, a car park card is provided. Daily housekeeping is available, but note that the initial clean may require follow-up. Laundry, dry cleaning, and ironing services are offered. A minimarket is on site. Staff are described as responsive and helpful, particularly with car park issues and check-in instructions. There is no concierge, business centre, or child-care services.
