The house includes three bedrooms, a large living area, and a sunroom with a futon. The master bedroom mattress was noted as saggy on both sides, and some floorboards creak, but the property remains clean and comfortable. The bathrooms are well kept, and the living area is cozy for family gatherings.
Self-Catering Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with clean crockery and appliances in good working order. Guests can cook their own meals using the stove, oven, and refrigerator. The soap dispenser ran out quickly on day one, but overall the kitchen meets basic cooking needs.
Safe Outdoor Spaces
Both the front and back yards are fenced, making them safe for dogs and children. The yard is good for relaxing with family. The sunroom has a futon but lacks window coverings, so guests using it for sleeping may want to bring an eye mask.
Close to City Centre
The house is a short drive from Wodonga city centre and within easy reach of many country towns. It is 10 km from Lauren Jackson Sports Centre and 10 km from Albury Airport. Public transport is limited, but parking is free on site.
