The park offers studio cabins, two-bedroom bungalows, deluxe suites, and family cabins. Each includes a kitchenette with hot plates, full-sized fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, and cookware. Rooms have split-system heating/cooling, electric blankets, smart TVs with Netflix and free-to-air channels, and private bathrooms with good water pressure. Some units have a patio or balcony. Wheelchair-accessible cabins with lowered sinks and grab rails are available.

There is no on-site restaurant, but each cabin has a kitchenette for self-catering. A communal camp kitchen provides multiple BBQs, large fridges, ovens, and sinks. Outdoor dining areas with picnic tables and barbecue facilities are available. For dining out, Mansfield's main street is a 5-minute walk, with cafes such as Cafe 41 and the Mansfield Armchair Cinema nearby.

The park features a solar-heated saltwater swimming pool (open all year, fenced, with a shallow end). Two outdoor tennis courts, a table tennis table in the games room, and a children's playground with outdoor play equipment. Inside, a toddler playroom offers toys and board games. Guests can also use badminton equipment or relax on sun loungers by the pool.

High Country Holiday Park is a 4-minute walk from Mansfield's shops and restaurants. It is a 10-minute drive to Mansfield Zoo and a 40-minute drive to Mt Buller for skiing and snowboarding. Lake Eildon is 30 minutes away for fishing and boating. The Great Victorian Rail Trail is accessible from the park, and the Jamieson River is a 30-minute drive.

Free parking is available on-site, including accessible spaces. Laundry facilities and luggage storage are provided.
