Swan Cove Beachfront offers two types of two-bedroom houses: beachfront or garden view. Each includes air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a private bathroom. The beachfront house has lake views and a balcony. Bedrooms are upstairs via steep stairs; the bathroom is compact. Rooms are spotlessly clean and feature a smart TV (beachfront house) and a comfortable bed. Breakfast includes a tray with homemade sourdough bread, granola, fresh eggs, and fruit.

A breakfast basket is provided each morning, featuring homemade sourdough bread, granola, jam, farm eggs, and fresh fruit. Guests can also cook in their kitchenette with a stove, fridge, and microwave. An outdoor barbecue and fire pit are available for evening meals. The property does not have a restaurant; guests can dine in nearby Paynesville at the IGA or local cafes.

The property has a private beach area with sun loungers and direct lake access. Guests can use free kayaks, bicycles, and fishing gear. Other activities include badminton, canoeing, hiking, and yoga. Two fire pits (one on the beach) are available for evening use. A bird-feeding station attracts rosellas and kookaburras. The garden has picnic areas and an outdoor fireplace.

Swan Cove is located on Raymond Island, a 2-minute ferry ride from Paynesville. The island is quiet and surrounded by nature. The property is a 50-metre walk to the lake. Within 8 minutes by car (including ferry), guests reach Paynesville's IGA, coffee shops, and restaurants. The Koala Trail and wildlife spotting are right outside. Public transport: the ferry runs regularly to the mainland.
