Rooms at TERAMA Ski Lodge include Comfort Quadruple, Double or Twin, and Classic Family. All rooms have bed linen; guests must bring their own towels. Shared bathrooms are located on different floors-some rooms on the third floor with showers on the first. Rooms include a radiant heater and an additional heater if needed. Some guests noted dim lighting or soft beds. No private bathrooms, elevators, or locks on bedroom doors, but the building has code-locked doors for safety.

Breakfast is included and features cereal, toast, pancakes, juice, fruit, and a coffee/hot chocolate machine. The shared kitchen is well-equipped with fridge and cupboard space for each room, a large fridge, and all necessary cooking disposables. Guests can cook their own meals. A vending machine is also available.

The lodge offers billiards (pool table), board games, and a shared lounge/TV area. Skiing is popular on Mount Buller. There is a ski storage area and a drying room for gear. A picnic area is available outdoors. The region is good for bush walking, 4WD, and mountain biking.

TERAMA Ski Lodge is in Mount Buller, 34 km from Mansfield. It is less than a 10-minute walk to the village centre and a few steps from two bus stops with a free shuttle to the ski lifts. The village has shops, restaurants, and ski facilities. The lodge is quiet and comfortable to walk to if fit and able.

Free WiFi, luggage storage, lockers, ski storage, and laundry are available. The lodge has a designated smoking area, family rooms, non-smoking rooms, heating, fire extinguishers, and smoke alarms. The manager is friendly and helpful. Check-out is strictly at 10am; guests can leave luggage after check-out but cannot use bathrooms. No elevator.
