The Roost offers two holiday houses: Seaspray (Two-Bedroom House with Ocean View) and Eaglenest (One-Bedroom House). The Roost is 2 km from Johanna Beach and about a 10-minute drive. It's a great base for exploring the Great Ocean Road, Otway National Park, and the 12 Apostles. Avalon Airport is 200 km away. You need a car; there are no buses or trains nearby. Mobile signal can be weak, but WiFi is strong.

The hosts offer quick communication and help with special requests, like fresh food delivery. There is free parking, including a garage.
