Two-Bedroom Apartments
Each apartment has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, and washing machine. Beds are comfortable, and floor-to-ceiling windows offer views of the Yarra River, city skyline, or surrounding mountains. Air conditioning is located in the living room; bedrooms can warm up on hot days. The west-facing units get afternoon sun.
Kitchen
The kitchen includes a stove, refrigerator, microwave, and basic cooking condiments like oil, salt, and pepper. Tea and coffee are provided (no milk). A BBQ area is available on-site. For groceries, Coles supermarket is directly across the road. Several restaurants and a coffee shop occupy the building's ground floor.
Leisure
Guests have access to an indoor swimming pool and a fitness centre with Technogym equipment. The pool is well-maintained, and the gym includes Peloton bikes. A separate BBQ terrace is also part of the shared facilities. Both areas are clean and open to all guests during operating hours.

The apartment sits opposite Southern Cross Station, an 8-minute walk to the Skybus stop from the airport. It is inside Melbourne's Free Tram Zone, with tram stops two minutes away.
