Each cottage includes air conditioning, electric blankets, a wood-burning fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with pots, pans, and cutlery, a washing machine and dryer, and a private bathroom. Large windows and a balcony provide views of Lake Eildon and the surrounding mountains.

There is no on-site restaurant. Each cottage has a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, and refrigerator. A BBQ is available on the outdoor deck. For dining out, Mansfield (10-minute drive) has restaurants like Anvil Brewing Co and Tolmie Tavern (20 minutes).
Leisure
Guests can use the outdoor salt-water swimming pool (seasonal, fenced) with views of the hills. The tennis court includes racquets and balls. Board games are available indoors. Outside, you can watch kangaroos, sheep, and birds from the balcony.
Lake Eildon & Mountains
The cottages sit on a hilltop overlooking Lake Eildon and the mountains. Mansfield is a 10-minute drive away for supplies. Day trips to Mt Buller for hiking are easy. The property has a steep gravel driveway. The rail trail for biking starts in Mansfield.
